My goal is to create a brave, inclusive spaces in order to allow for radiant expression, courageous liberation, + uplifting connection.
In this process, trust is paramount. We work to tap into different aspects of the psyche, stored in the body, which have been silenced, shrunken, or scared. We then give space to those parts to be seen, heard, + held.
I am interested in facilitating a balance of adaptability + stability within the spiralic healing process.
Some major themes include developing self-love, vulnerability, authenticity, courage, compassion, trust, + honesty. I aim to instill confidence and a felt sense of agency to allow for lasting change.
Some questions that guide me + therefore my clients are…
Where am I living from my most authentic, empowered, + whole self?
Where can I reconcile + rewrite the narratives of my past as gifts to own in the present?
Where can I see my journey unfolding exactly as it is, guided by courage, intuition, + truth?
